Rooftop Yoga at Lake Affect Studios

Description

Class begins at 10:30am. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and grab your spot! Don't forget to come hydrated and lather up if you are sensitive to the sun.

Please be advised: Access to the rooftop requires use of a ladder. Please be advised all attendees will need to be able to climb up and down the ladder to participate in the class.

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door!

Class Description: Mindful and awakening Vinyasa Yoga with the attention on breath and movement. Class ends with deep meditative holds to stretch, relax, and restore, leaving you feeling balanced and calm.

If you are new to class or to yoga, hands on assist and modification are offered!
