IMPORTANT: NO CLASS on Thursday June 20th, Class will be RESCHEDULED for Thursday June 27th at 7pm! 

We are excited to announce our Cat, Cows, & Cocktails event to kick off the 2019 rooftop season! Join Stacy Nunney of Blue Moon Yoga Studios for one hour of an all levels vinyasa flow during SUNSET on the rooftop at Lake Affect Studios. Class is followed by wine and cheese pairing in the courtyard.

Class begins at 7pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and grab your spot!

Event Tickets:
This event is pre-sale only, purchase your tickets in advance to ensure you have a spot. Tickets are $25 and available at the link above. Cost includes admission to class, a cocktail or wine sampling and cheese pairing to cleanse your palette.

Class Tickets:
Just looking to do yoga? Drop in for class only is $15.

Note: Access to the rooftop requires use of a ladder. Please be advised all attendees will need to be able to climb up and down the ladder to participate in the class.

Class Description: Mindful and awakening Vinyasa Yoga with the attention on breath and movement. Class ends with deep meditative holds to stretch, relax, and restore, leaving you feeling balanced and calm.

If you are new to class or to yoga, hands on assist and modification are offered!

Rain plan: Rooftop yoga is weather permitting, but don't worry, if it rains class is held inside the event space at Lake Affect!
